Version 4.1 of the Underground Facility Locator's Field Task Competency Manual is available now. The UFL Manual specifies Locator training standards and competencies requirements in an effort to increase the accuracy and reliability of locates. The Manual, developed by Locate Management Institute, contains task descriptions written by subject matter experts with input from industry stakeholders.

Version 1.0 of the Safe Digging - A Guide to PROPPER Ground Disturbance is now available. The content and organization of this manual closely follows Locate Management Institute’s online Safe Digging - Supervisory Ground Disturbance course and can be used as a reference for the course.
