Terms of Payment
Payment in full is required in advance of receiving access to any of our online course material. Payments are to be made in full before any UFL Training Program commenses unless otherwise stated and/or agreed upon between parties. Payments are to be paid in full within 30 days of Invoicing and will be subject to a 2% rate per month. All refund and credit requests will be dictated by our refund policy without exception.
Trademarks
The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Locate Management Institute Inc. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of Locate Management Institute Inc.

Applicable Laws
Use of this or any affiliated website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Provincial courts located in Alberta shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
Return & Refund Policy
Online Training: Refunds are available for unopened online training courses, if requested within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days, a digital credit coupon will be issued to the original purchaser. Coupons do not have an expiry date and may be used on one or multiple purchases as needed until the value is used.
In-class Training: Classroom training sessions are non refundable. Certain conditons may apply. LMI has the right to reschedule up to 3 business days prior to the scheduled training date, after which time the full training price will not be refunded and will be scheduled to the next training date.
Privacy Policy
