Return & Refund Policy
Online Training: Refunds are available for unopened online training courses, if requested within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days, a digital credit coupon will be issued to the original purchaser. Coupons do not have an expiry date and may be used on one or multiple purchases as needed until the value is used.
In-class Training: Classroom training courses may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 10 business days prior to the scheduled training date, after which time the full training price will not be refunded.
